Currently, Mike has partnered with a long-time friend and business affiliate, Dale Crighton, a Cayman Islands-based real estate landowner and developer. The pair are developing the newest addition to the Grand Cayman luxury residential market, FIN Grand Cayman. An Art Deco-inspired project, set to redefine luxury living on the island, with amenities and services rivaling only those found in major destinations, such as Miami, New York, or London. Set to complete in late 2019, FIN is 80% sold out, a true testament to both Mike and Dale’s visionary capacity to develop a product exceeding the already high expectations of the Cayman Islands luxury real estate buyer.
